Custom road and flight cases, made to order in our Bayswater workshop in Melbourne. Each listing here is a case style priced by size, so you can order online once you’ve measured your gear. For anything unusual, send us the gear list and we’ll quote the build. How ordering works Pick the case style for your gear. Measure the gear’s width, depth and height in centimetres and add them up. That total is the LCM (lineal centimetres) and it sets the size band. Choose the band and any options, such as lightweight Flite Panel instead of plywood. We build the case to your measurements and send it Australia-wide. Standard build 10 mm A-grade plywood with a leather-look vinyl finish, 30 mm aluminium angle on all corners, 75 mm steel ball corners, recessed sprung handles and Penn Elcom butterfly latches with a padlock hasp. Flite Panel cuts the weight by up to 40%. Guitar cases use Flight Panel with a CNC-cut foam insert. For the full process and past builds, see custom road cases, or get a quote.
